Idil Tarzi combines a background in fashion design, production, and international business development. Idil grew up within a harmony of opposites that shaped her outlook on life. A former collegiate tennis player, she holds a BA in Textiles and a Master’s in Fashion Design from Domus Academy Milano, which laid the groundwork for her mastery of raw materials and shaped her vision with Italy’s clean, minimal, quality-driven aesthetic.
Idil began her career as a Fashion Merchandiser at Ali Alta Moda, working with luxury brands including Alberta Ferretti, Gucci, and Dolce & Gabbana. She gained practical experience in luxury merchandising, brand positioning, and retail operations, complementing her academic training with hands on industry exposure.

She worked as a Creative Director at Turkmen Holding, leading the development of printed fabric collections from concept to sales and collaborating with international buyers from companies including Marks & Spencer, Debenhams, H&M, Zara, and Mango, aligning creative output with global buyer expectations.
Later, as Director of Retail Marketing at Vakkorama, she oversaw retail marketing and merchandising operations across 16 stores nationwide, coordinating womenswear, menswear, childrenswear, accessories, and in store café concepts.
With this foundation, she founded Tarzi Sport—a purpose-driven brand that blends performance, style, and intention. The brand is recognised for its pre-order model, sustainability-conscious operations, and refined design supported by a tech-enabled structure built for scale. As the mother of two daughters active in competitive junior golf, Idil has a genuine connection to the sport and is a strong advocate for youth development and women’s participation. Tarzi Sport sits at the crossroads of women’s sport, fashion, and technology—reflecting a growing market shaped by how women live, move, and lead.
