At Baldinini, she directly reported to the CEO and Creative Director, managing visual standards across key European boutiques. She also gained retail and visual knowledge with Brunello Cucinelli, balancing customer service with in-store visual presentation. Her first professional steps were in graphic design in London, where she developed a strong eye for aesthetics and storytelling skills that continue to influence her work today.
Gaia’s academic path reflects her deep commitment to creativity and fashion culture. She earned her Bachelor degree in Fashion Culture and Design in Florence, followed by a Master’s degree in Fashion Styling & Visual Merchandising from Domus Academy in Milan. She further expanded her international perspective with a Fashion Styling course in London.
With a balance of creativity and strategic insight, Gaia integrates her international perspective to design visual experiences that not only captivate customers but also strengthen the connection between global luxury brands and local markets.
