Students Win Second Prize at TOBi Hackathon by Vodafone

A team composed of students from Domus Academy’s Master in Interaction Design and Master in Service Design were awarded the second prize in the TOBi Hackathon, organized by Vodafone Italia.
The TOBi Hackathon, dedicated to students and designers specializing in artificial intelligence and customer experience, took place June 11–12 in Milan. The aim of the hackathon was to develop new and improved functionalities for the TOBi chatbot, which is already active on all Vodafone’s assistance channels.
The Domus Academy team, assisted by mentors from Vodafone, Assist Digital, and Microsoft, developed two concepts. One was focused on upselling Vodafone’s products, while the other proposed new ways to accommodate the needs of differently abled customers.
Congratulations to our students for their brilliant work!
