These experiences reinforced her understanding that effective design goes far beyond aesthetics: it requires a deep understanding of user needs, openness to feedback, and the ability to work within multidisciplinary teams. Throughout each project, she contributed ideas and learned from others, greatly enriching her grasp of service design.

After graduating, Li-Han worked as a social media designer at a software company, applying both the service design mindset and the visual design skills she had developed. By combining design thinking strategies with a strong visual language, she produced content that not only captured attention but also clearly communicated messages to users, resulting in increased engagement and downloads.

Currently, her work focuses on the intersection of artificial intelligence (AI) and visual design, particularly in creating compelling content for social media. Li-Han believes AI holds enormous potential to revolutionize visual design in exciting and transformative ways and is committed to exploring this potential while ensuring her work continues to respond to evolving user needs.
