Karina Nieto is a Peruvian designer and strategist passionate about bridging digital and physical experiences through thoughtful design.
She studied Architecture and Urban Planning in Lima and spent seven years in the real estate and construction industry, growing from intern to project coordinator. Seeking to reconnect with creativity and innovation, she moved to Milan to pursue a Master in Business Design at Domus Academy, where she discovered how design can connect multiple disciplines and industries.
Her transition into the digital world began with a UX/UI internship at Accenture Milan, which opened the door to new roles in Peru, including Product Designer, UX Strategist, Service Designer, and Product Owner.

Currently, Karina works as Head of Experience at RÃmac Seguros, where she leads the experience strategy team for a bank insurance innovation project, combining design, business, and technology to create more meaningful interactions.
She offers thoughtful perspectives and creative inspiration on both digital and physical experiences, exploring how design influences the way we live, feel, and connect with the world around us. With a multidisciplinary background that combines architecture, business, and UX Design, Karina works at the crossroads of strategy and design creating experiences that are not only functional but genuinely meaningful and impactful.
