Jaehyun Yoon was born in Seoul, South Korea, in 1985. After earning a degree in Interior Design in Seoul, he moved to Milan in 2009, where he completed a Master’s in Interior and Living Design at Domus Academy in 2010.
Following his studies, he moved to Florence and began collaborating with PLS Design Studio, where he worked as an Interior Designer in the luxury retail sector for brands such as Tom Ford, Trussardi, and several other Italian fashion houses, focusing on concept and graphic design.
He later expanded his professional experience through collaborations with various architectural studios in Florence, taking part in projects for major international hospitality brands, such as the Eforea Spa at the Hilton Hotel in Dubai, as well as high-end residential projects in the Middle East and Asia.

In 2018, Jaehyun began his professional journey with architect Elisa Gori, and together they founded the Gori & Yoon Architecture Studio, an interior design and architecture practice based on the fusion of two distinct cultural and creative backgrounds. The Studio combines their diverse experiences and sensibilities in a shared pursuit of research, innovation, and refined simplicity. Their design philosophy emphasizes elegant, timeless forms, creating spaces that seamlessly blend tradition and modernity, functionality and beauty, craftsmanship and practicality, bridging the worlds of East and West.
Particular attention is given to decorative elements and attention to detail, which lend each project a unique and personal identity. The studio has recently completed luxury residential interior projects in prestigious locations worldwide, including Dubai, Moscow, the French Riviera, London, and California.
