In 2020, she brought this global perspective back to India, joining Obeetee Carpets a 102-year-old luxury brand and the world’s largest carpet manufacturer. Here, her enduring passion for textiles found its true calling. As a core member of a five-person team, she led Obeetee’s ambitious entry into the Indian domestic market.

Since then, Disha has played a major role in the brand’s transformation. From ground zero, she helped scale the business to ₹50 crores in revenue, built a strong digital presence with over 60,000 social media followers, and established a retail footprint with seven stores across the country. Now serving as Brand Lead, she heads her own brand and creative team, driving distinctive campaigns and projects that have not only defined Obeetee’s voice in the Indian luxury market but also earned global recognition.

Beyond her work at Obeetee, Disha has also consulted with international heritage brands such as Thomas Goode and Makaibari, helping them navigate brand evolution and growth. Her journey reflects a powerful fusion of cultural roots, global exposure, and a relentless drive to shape the future of luxury branding in India and beyond.
