Carlos Guijarro is an Industrial Designer based in Berlin, working at the intersection of materials, form, and process. His practice moves between traditional craftsmanship and contemporary digital techniques, creating objects that are both timeless and forward-looking. Influenced by early 20th-century avant-garde movements from Russia and Northern Europe, his work embraces clean geometries and subtle details, always with a focus on thoughtful, functional design.
After graduating in Industrial Design in Barcelona in 2011, Carlos built an international career collaborating with designers and artists in Germany, Denmark, the Netherlands, Indonesia, and Spain. In 2017, he was awarded a scholarship to pursue Interior and Living Design at Domus Academy in Milan, where he graduated with distinction, further refining his design approach.

Throughout his career, Carlos has worked with companies such as Rolf Benz, ClassiCon, PWTBS, Artisan, or Kave Home among others, focusing on projects that combine contemporary aesthetics with sustainable production, primarily for European and American markets. His work has been recognized with several international awards, including the German Design Award, Stylepark Selected Award, and Big See Award, highlighting his dedication to quality, innovation, and meaningful design.
In 2017, he co-founded OrtegaGuijarro Studio with Alejandro Ortega, leading a range of collaborative projects while also continuing to develop his personal body of work. In 2022, Carlos re-established his solo studio to explore new ideas and projects, with a particular interest in the dialogue between digital and physical design.
