Andrea Hernandez is a Colombian User Researcher with a background in Design Thinking developed during her undergraduate studies and further refined through a Master’s degree in Business Design from Domus Academy. During this program, she worked on a variety of engaging projects that combined design and strategy, which sparked a stronger creative mindset and highlighted the value of collaboration in the design process.
Currently, Andrea works across diverse business areas, helping teams better understand their challenges and uncover solutions that are feasible, viable, and desirable. She strongly believes that collaboration and co-creation are essential to driving meaningful, user-centered innovation.

Andrea leads workshops, facilitates discovery sessions, and mentors teams. She cultivates a culture of creativity, curiosity, and continuous growth, promoting not only effective problem-solving but also experimentation and exploration.
She believes that tackling challenges can and should be an enjoyable experience for everyone involved. That’s why she’s passionate about making the process engaging. Currently, she is implementing thematic workshops that incorporate storytelling and visual elements to break the routine and spark imagination. These playful, immersive settings provide a fresh and stimulating context for creative problem-solving.
