Patrick Kampff earned his Bachelor’s in Industrial Design at Pontifícia Universidade Católica in Rio de Janeiro. Soon, his entrepreneurial spirit led him to Milan after he won a scholarship competition to study at the Italian think tank Domus Academy.
Upon finishing his Master in Business Design, Patrick worked at Nike Italy in a role that drew on his creativity and business savvy.
After returning to his home country of Brazil, Patrick headed the Product Innovation team of Havaianas sandals for seven years, winning several design awards that helped establish the brand globally.
Patrick continued to nurture his curiosity by completing a MBA in Innovation Management in Sao Paulo. Shortly after that, he switched industries to work for Nestlé, where he became Senior Brand Design Manager. His international experience and multidisciplinary background enable him to bridge the gap between the worlds of design and business. Patrick is now working as Senior Innovation & Brand Strategist at Human Innovation.
