Alumni’s collection featured on Vogue

Domus Academy is proud of its alumni Reid Baker and Ines Amorim whose Autumn/Winter and Spring/Summer 2019/20 collections have been featured on the Vogue.it talents section.
Reid Baker and Ines Amorim founded the brand Ernest W. Baker in 2017, after meeting at Domus Academy while they were both attending the Master’s in Fashion Design.
The brand draws on the charming lifestyle of Reid Baker’s Grandfather, Mr. Ernest W. Baker, bringing into life collections that combine the allure of vintage with contemporary trends.
The Autumn/Winter collection is inspired by office workers in Detroit during the 70’s and 80’s.
The Spring/Summer collection is influenced by the photographic series ‘Suburbia’ by Bill Owens and by ‘The Truman Show’ by Peter Weir.
