Who is Iman Roberto Pansolli?
Roberto Pansolli is a Zurich-based Design Lead at Google with over 20 years of experience in interaction and user experience design. A Domus Academy alumnus, where he earned his Master’s in Interaction Design, Roberto has built his career across leading European tech companies, driving UX initiatives for Samsung Electronics, Sky, and high-growth startups.

For more than seven years at Google, he has been shaping products within the Commerce organisation, creating scalable tools that simplify complex merchant ecosystems. His current focus is on designing AI-powered and agentic experiences that make digital platforms more intuitive and effective.

Conversation with Mattia Parietti
Mattia is an award-winning designer based in Milan, specialising in strategic design, AI product design, and design systems. He works with organisations to transform complex challenges into intuitive digital products and services, drawing on experience gained at frog and as Head of Creative at Playground.
