Bio
Aysegül Dönmez earned her Bachelor’s in Visual Communication Design at Istanbul Bilgi University in Turkey, her native country. She interned as a fashion photographer at Fabrika Photography during her studies, preparing sets and organizing shoots for senior photographers. She also worked part-time as a visual communication designer for Lemonade Refreshing Ideas, creating design solutions for corporate identity and user experience projects. She continued working there for a year after her graduation in 2012.
In 2013, Aysegül moved to Milan to begin her Master in Business Design at Domus Academy. During her course, she interned with FutureBrand Milan, which works with companies across the globe on branding, product design, and user experience projects.
After graduating with the highest honors, Aysegül became a junior strategist at FutureBrand and is now a strategist. In that capacity, she develops creative strategy recommendations for clients, including trend and insight analysis, brand/portfolio architecture, and brand positioning.
