Alumni Shortlisted for the LVMH Prize

A big shout out to Domus Academy alumni Ines Amorim (Master in Fashion Design, 2014) and Reid Baker (Master in Fashion Styling and Visual Merchandising, 2014), who have been shortlisted for the LVMH Prize.
The LVMH (Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton) Prize was launched in 2013 to honor and support young fashion designers around the world. Every year, one young designer and three graduates from fashion schools win the prestigious prize.
Among more than 1300 contenders, Ines and Reid have advanced to the semifinals for their Ernest W. Baker collection. Those on this shortlist will be invited to meet the 48 international fashion experts who will select the eight finalists during a showroom presentation held on March 1 and 2 in Paris. The Prize selection committee is headed by Delphine Arnault, director and executive vice president of Louis Vuitton.
The winners of the LVMH Prize will be awarded with a grant of € 300,000 and personalized technical and financial support from the LVMH Group for a 12-month period following the awarding of the Prize, which will take place in June 2018 at the Foundation Louis Vuitton in Paris.
Best of luck to you, Ines and Reid!!
