Fashion & Luxury Brand Workshop: Customer Experience in the Age of Omnichannel

This project aimed to develop an online platform in order to improve the omnichannel experience for Y-3’s Japanese target audience. We designed a highly personalized in-store and online shopping experience based on target customer behavior.
