Who is Raffaele Correale?
Raffaele is an Italian professional with over 20 years of international experience across Europe, APAC, and MENA, working in design, luxury retail, hospitality, and F&B. He has led complex projects from concept to completion, combining strategic vision with strong technical and managerial expertise. Throughout his career, he has overseen the opening of more than 150 stores worldwide, driving innovation in retail design, digital experiences, and customer engagement. Known for his creativity, determination, and collaborative approach, he is passionate about transforming ideas into impactful and enduring results.
Conversation with Marina Baracs
Marina is a Milan-based designer and founder of Hoteldesign Consultancy, bringing extensive global experience in luxury hotel interior design. Formerly a Partner at LTW Designworks, she now leads projects for top international clients and contributes to academia as a lecturer and project leader at Domus Academy, Politecnico di Milano and Tsinghua University in China.
