Who is Laial Massud?
Laial Massud is a fashion and visual merchandising professional with a background in interior design and a specialisation in visual merchandising. She graduated from Domus Academy, where she developed a strong and structured design vision, and began her professional career at Alviero Martini through the institution’s Career Service programmes. She has worked with prestigious international brands such as Giorgio Armani, Wolford, and Luisa Spagnoli, experiences that have played a key role in shaping her professional growth. She currently holds the position of Head of Visual Merchandising & Training at Trussardi, where her work is driven by a strategic and creative approach and a strong belief in collaboration.

Course Leader at Domus Academy for the BA in Fashion Design and the Master in Fashion Styling & Visual Merchandising, Gianfranco brings extensive experience in visual merchandising, branding, and retail communication, having collaborated with brands such as Dolce & Gabbana, La Perla, and Ralph Lauren.
