Who is Iman Alexandra Serrhini?
Iman Alexandra Serrhini is a client relations and customer experience specialist with international experience across Italy, Canada, and the U.S., working with UHNW clients in ultra-luxury hospitality and fashion. Her background includes roles with brands such as Fendi, Gucci, Moncler, and Mackage, where she managed VIC clients, CRM, events, and bespoke client experiences. She pursued a Master’s degree in Luxury Brand Management at Domus Academy after completing a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design in Montreal, further strengthening her understanding of luxury, creativity, and brand experience from both a strategic and international perspective.

Fluent in five languages, she brings a highly personalised and culturally refined approach to service. Since April 2026, she has been part of the Guest Relations team at Villa d’Este, focusing on ultra-luxury hospitality for UHNW clientele.
