For students and alumni in the fashion field, it served as a pivotal platform to engage with global trends and industry leaders. Beyond the Drive: A Collaborative Showcase
On September 25, 2025, BMW ByMyCar Milano hosted “Beyond the Drive,” an event that seamlessly blended automotive design with fashion innovation. Curated as part of Milan Fashion Week, the evening featured:
- Student Collections: Selected students from Domus Academy’s Master in Fashion Design presented their collections developed during a workshop in collaboration with Max&Co.
- Award Ceremony: Hale Yilmaz Gözene, an outstanding student of Domus Academy’s Master in Fashion Design, was selected by the public as having the best showcased collection and received her award during the evening
- Live Haute Couture Creation: Professor Ali Karami demonstrated the moulage technique by creating a haute couture dress live, offering insights into the artistry of fashion design.
The connection between academic excellence and industry practice was at the heart of this event, providing our students with valuable exposure and experience during one of the most significant events in global fashion.
Arjun Singh’s Trillionaire at Milan Fashion Week
Domus Academy alumnus Arjun Singh made an international impact during Milan Fashion Week with his luxury streetwear brand, Trillionaire. His collection, FORMALLY STREETWEAR, was presented on 25th September 2025 in Milan, Italy, showcasing a fusion of Indian heritage and contemporary fashion. We are delighted to see how the journey Singh began at Domus Academy is continuing successfully, making a mark on the global fashion scene.
