Domus Academy take part at the Fashion Revolution Week
From 23rd to 29th April the whole world will celebrate Fashion Revolution week to reflect and mobilize people on the theme of environmental sustainability and ethics in the fashion world.
On this occasion Domus Academy will organize two talks with Bav Tailor and Marina Spadafora, two of the most important Fashion Designer oriented to the ethical fashion and the sustainability.
On Monday, 24th April from 6:30 pm, Bav Tailor, founder of the eponymous luxury brand and member of the Ethical Fashion Forum, will share her experience as a fashion designer committed to eco-sustainability, and the founding principles of her collections. She will also discuss the role of material research and tailoring techniques.
On Friday,27th April from 2:30 pm, Marina Spadafora, creative director of Auteurs du Monde, Altromercato’s ethical fashion label, and coordinator of the Fashion Revolution Day in Italy, will share her view on the theme of WASTE, circular economy, ethical and environmental sustainability, and the value of individual behaviors in the fashion industry.
