Domus Academy students win the second prize of the TOBi Hackathon by Vodafone Italia

The team composed of students from the Domus Academy Master in Interaction Design and Service Design were awarded the second prize in the TOBi Hackathon organized by Vodafone Italia.

The “TOBi Hack” marathon, dedicated to students and designers specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Customer Experience, took place on June 11-12. The objective of the hackathon was to develop new and improved functionalities for the “TOBi” chatbot, already active on all Vodafone’s assistance channels.

The Domus Academy team, assisted by mentors from Vodafone, Assist Digital and Microsoft, developed two different concepts. One was focused on upselling Vodafone’s products while the other was designed to take care of the needs of differently-abled customers.

Congratulations to our students for their brilliant work!
