This office of the future has primarily been designed to improve the work life balance of the employee and to facilitate the hybrid work culture, starting from the understanding of the circadian rhythm and designing the spaces by maintaining the optimum levels of light throughout the day. The students designed an installation, a forest space for rejuvenation and an interactive facade to build a connection with the community, a flexible coworking space and a nursery for kids and pets to provide flexibility for the user. Collaborative and wellness spaces have been emphasised to promote maximum efficiency.
