Envisioning Workshop on the Concept “Stay Foolish, Stay Hungry”

Drawing on the concept of “Food as medicine”, the project is based on seeing food, rather than pills, as the key to healing from illness. The restaurant designed by the students offers dishes from Thailand, China, India, and Taiwan. Different cultures use different ingredients that provide exciting new flavors. The proposed restaurant location is an abandoned hospital so it can be given a second life.
