JiHye Choi, in conversation with Antonella Dedini, Architect, Interior Designer and Product Designer, will discuss her journey from the beginning to her latest achievements.
After being selected as Scholarship student of Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2012, she earned her Master in Interior Design, from Domus Academy and gained a PhD at Politecnico di Milano in January of 2018. Before moving to Italy, JiHye Choi completed her undergraduate studies in Design at Hong-ik University, Seoul, Korea.
JiHye Choi collaborated with some of Milan’s top designers and architects like Denis Santachiara, Migliore & Servetto Architects in developing a variety of projects in exhibition, design and architecture. She also develops educational, business relationships and research projects between Italy and her native Korea, being also tutor at universities such as Politecnico di Milano, Domus Academy and Jeju National University, Republic of Korea.
In 2015 she was local manager for Korean Pavilion during the Expo Milan. She is currently Chief Director of NOROO Milan Design Studio, a global design consulting company based in Milan.
