Francesco Sardu, in conversation with Patrizia Cacciapuoti, Senior Interaction Designer, will discuss his journey from the beginning to his latest achievements.
Francesco Sardu is a service designer actually working as Senior UX Researcher at Nestlé in the global IT Hub. He gained his Master’s Degree in Service Design at Domus Academy in 2012.
He worked for five years at e-Service for Life & Health, the research unit of San Raffaele hospital, where he applied service design approach to design healthcare services. From 2012 to 2014 he worked as freelance for mobility services in Estonia and Germany.
His goal is to advocate the user-centred approach to generate a dialogue between business, employees, and technology to improve overall user experience within the workplace environment and generate return of investment. He conducts research activities aimed to reduce employee’s frustration and increase productivity, but also testing digital solutions from different vendors to identify the best one, in terms of objective performances.
