Danilo Gallo, interviewed by Andrea Desiato, will bring his extensive experience and valuable knowledge from the world of Design applied to both the physical and digital realities.
Danilo Gallo is a UX Designer and Researcher, and the Team Lead of the Human-Robot Interaction team at NAVER LABS Europe.
Originally from Argentina, he earned a degree in Industrial Design from the National University of Mar del Plata in 2013 before moving to Italy in 2015 to pursue a Master’s in Interaction Design at Domus Academy.
Throughout his career, he has worked as a designer in a variety of organisations, from consolidated companies to start-ups. He has also been involved in academic activities, working in higher education institutions in both Argentina and Italy. His work sits at the intersection of design, technology, and human understanding, seamlessly bridging the physical and digital worlds.
In 2018, he moved to France to become a UX Research Scientist at NAVER LABS Europe, where he leads a multidisciplinary team of sociologists, designers, and computer scientists investigating the integration of new AI and robotics technologies into people’s daily lives.
