Alumna Ruya Akyol Awarded by ELLE Decor
We are proud to share that Domus Academy alumna Rüya Akyol has been named Young Designer of the Year by the Elle Decoration International Design Awards (EDIDA) Türkiye.
Rüya graduated from the Master in Product Design programme at Domus Academy in 2016, following her Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Product Design. She honed her skills working with renowned designers Claudio Bellini in Milan and Philippe Starck in Paris before establishing her own practice, Rüya Akyol Studio, based in Milan and Istanbul.

This prestigious award highlights Rüya’s distinctive approach to design and her growing influence in the international design scene.
