Urban and Landscape Design Workshop: Lecture by Michele Tenzon
As part of the Urban and Landscape Design Workshop launched at Domus Academy on 23rd September, Master’s in Urban Vision and Architectural Design students will attend the inspiring lecture, ‘Modern goes to the countryside’ by Michele Tenzon.
Michele Tenzon is a PhD fellow at the Université libre de Bruxelles, Faculty of Architecture La Cambre Horta. His current PhD research project focuses on a series of rural development and resettlement schemes conceived and partially implemented by the architect and urban planner Michel Écochard in the French Protectorate in Morocco.
In addition to the lecture by Michele Tenzon, the Urban and Landscape Design Workshop gave students the opportunity to meet other important professionals such as Alessandro Melis, curator of the Italian Pavilion at Architecture Biennal 2020, and Gianluca Peluffo, Founder at Gianluca Peluffo & Partners Architecture.
Students analysed the impact of humans on nature and then realised a roaming space where all data collected.
