Barbara Pala attended Domus Academy in Milan, thanks to a scholarship with Elle magazine for the Master in Fashion Design program, which she graduated at the highest level.

At the end of the course, she developed many projects and collaborations with Maurizio Galante and other important designers.

Since 2009, she has been running her own Lab, with fashion, design, and handicraft at the heart. There, she produces made-to-measure garments, repairs, restyling of vintage clothes, and her own line. The focal point of her collections is the shirt—one of the oldest garments known to man and one that is still ever-present in everyday life.
