“ACROSS THE UNIVERSE”

Why do people go to church? Mostly, to ask the Lord for help, to pray to God, and to find peace of mind. In church, you always can see somebody lighting candles. These burning candles , which contain hopes, prays, and wishes, lightened every church. Meanwhile, people always hope that their wishes can go beyond time and space, fly across the universe until they come true. We are inspired by this scene, and we want to go further. Instead of just lighting up the park or plants, we seek for a solution that connects people and space. Sky lantern is realization of this idea. Through the lights we designed, we want to create an air that can really flow in Parco delle Basiliche in order to respond to the reason why this park has been built.
