Workshop Fashion Buying in collaboration with BERNARDELLI & Camera Italiana Buyer Moda

THE PERFECT MIX- DEVELOPING AN ONLINE PORTFOLIO FOR A LUXURY MULTI-BRAND ESTORE

During the Fashion Buying Workshop, students were given the opportunity to play the role of a Fashion Buyer for Bernardelli online store. Students were mainly asked to understand why would consumers shop at www.bernardellistores.it, and what could be done to retain them, maximize their spending per transaction and make their experience as pleasant as possible. In order to personalise this quest, students divided into 3 teams, were assigned a geographical area of research. As the main online revenue is generated by the USA, China, Russia/Ukrain, and Europe (UK as the leader), each team will be focusing their research on identifying, decoding and profiling of the assigned area target customer.
