Jessica Michault and Jenny Walton @Domus Academy
During Milano Fashion Week, Domus Academy is happy to host two leading women in the global fashion scene: Jessica Michault and Jenny Walton.
On 20th February, Jessica Michault will be interviewed by Anna Lottersberger (Fashion Design Cluster Head) to discuss her role as “Today’s Fashion reporter”. The talk is open to all students. Jessica Michault is in the TOP500 index of Business of Fashion. She worked for 16 years with Susy Menkes as a fashion editor for The International Herald Tribune. She served as a contributor for The New York Times and Vogue Japan, as the Editor-in-chief of NOWFASHION – the very first online magazine sharing shows and news in real time – and as the Editor-in-chief of ANTIDOTE. Jessica is now Senior Vice President of GPS Radar by Launchmetrics and Editor at Large of ODDA, a bi-annual collectible fashion magazine.

On 21st February, we will host an exceptional “Illustration work-out” with Jenny Walton, within the workshop of Fashion Identity, open to 20 students only.
Jenny Walton is the Creative Director of The Sartorialist and a remarkable Fashion Illustrator. She will talk & show her eclectic work and career.
Jenny will also provide a one-to-one special portfolio review, focusing on the expressive language of sketching & image creation.
